On Tuesday evening, a serious accident occurred in the Sawai Madhopur district of Rajasthan, resulting in the deaths of three individuals and injuries to six others. This information was confirmed by local police.
The incident took place on the Sawai Madhopur-Gangapur City Mega Highway, near the village of Lalpur Umri. Authorities reported that the collision was so severe that the tempo veered off the road and fell into a ditch, causing several passengers to be thrown onto the highway.
According to police, the tempo was transporting passengers from Sawai Madhopur to Gangapur City when it was struck by a car coming from the opposite direction. A police official stated, 'Three passengers died at the scene, while six others sustained injuries. Five of the seriously injured individuals have been referred to Jaipur for advanced medical care.' The deceased have been transported to a government hospital.
